Elementary Fun-Day Friday

What was our goal for this project?

After two long years of hosting online elementary events on Zoom due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Build To Give club was able to host an in-person Elementary Fun-Day event in September 2022. The kids were able to experience lots of fun outdoor and indoor games throughout the day. For the lower elementary classes, they were able to make "thank you" cards for their loved ones while also participating in a relay game of "saving the school from disaster." For the upper elementary classes, they were able to participate in an escape room created by our Build To Give staff. After their activities, all the elementary students were able to enjoy ice cream after the long, hot sunny day.
